How it all began
Our story
The Grand Pawlace started with two people, two chihuahuas, and one recurring problem: where do you leave your dogs when you actually trust them to be happy?
Luke travels often and kept running into the same issue finding somewhere for his chihuahuas, Gizmo and Bloo small spaces, strict cages, that sad "holding pen" feeling. Billie saw it too, every time she visited. Neither could shake the thought that dogs deserved better, because to them, Gizmo and Bloo aren't pets, they're family.
So they built the place they couldn't find: a cage-free dog boarding home in Bangkok, near BTS Bang Chak, with real space to run, a dog-friendly pool, and zero cages in sight. If your dog could pick their own vacation spot, this is it.

Some dogs want to party 24/7, some want a quiet corner and a snack. We read the room (and the dog) and tailor care to match energy level, social style, diet, the whole personality package.

We could squeeze in more dogs. We just don't want to. Every guest gets treated like a regular, not a reservation number.

Morning Arrival & Breakfast
The day begins with warm greetings, tail wags, and belly rubs. Overnight guests enjoy a nutritious breakfast tailored to their diet, followed by a refreshing morning stroll in the dewy gardens. It's a gentle, happy start to the day as friends reunite and new guests are welcomed into the pack.
Afternoon Play & Enrichment
When the energy peaks, the fun begins! Dogs enjoy supervised playgroups matched by size and play style. Whether it's splashing in the pool, chasing balls in the yard, or solving puzzle toys indoors, there's an activity for everyone. We always follow active play with scheduled nap times in our cool, air-purified lounges.
Evening Wind-Down
As the sun sets, the energy mellows. Dinner is served in a calm, quiet environment. Dogs enjoy a final evening potty break under the stars before settling into their plush, private beds. With our staff on-site 24/7, your dog drifts off to sleep feeling safe, secure, and deeply loved.
